The Above and Beyond Organization is dedicated on improving lives in our community and across the country . We are comprised of ordinary individuals who share a desire to do extraordinary things. As an organization that embraces and celebrates diversity and impartiality, we also have the common bond of humanity, leadership, adaptability and teamwork that unites us as one, not just in the face of emergencies and devastation but in helping our fellow neighbors on an everyday basis.
The efforts of the Above and Beyond Organization will have global impact and cause a ripple effect in every community across the nation and world. The depth and breadth of our services to all whenever and wherever they're called upon is unmatched by any organization. Our ability to fulfill our mission would not happen without the time, care and passion of our ambassadors, agents, volunteers, partnering agencies, institutions, organizations, individuals, families and communities who know that the services we provide and the environments we develop help save and improve lives every single day throughout the nation.
The fundamental principles that lead the way Above and Beyond Organization members serve the communities also guide the way members of Above and Beyond Organization members serve one another. Above and Beyond Organizations values and guiding behaviors provide the foundation for the standards to which we hold ourselves. In our daily interactions with others both inside and outside of the organization, we maintain the highest integrity of our central values that will be essential to our continued outreach, growth, development and success.
Our commitment to adopting high performance and diversity also make us a leader in the non profit industry, but our desire for excellence will not stop there. We will continue to recruit individuals, institutions, communities, organizations, agencies and families to aid us in our commitment to ensure that every human being in every community across the nation and world has : housing, clothing, food, proper education, equal justice, employment, safety, love, peace, happiness, prosperity and equality. We commit our organization to advancements in information technology, financial management systems, modern resources, and implementing programs that help us stay progressive.
OUR GOVERNANCE
The governing body of Above and Beyond Organization is the Chief Ambassador and the Deputy Ambassadors, which have all powers of governing and directing, and overseeing the management of the business and affairs of the organization. The directors and leaders of all participating organizations, institutions and agencies will serve as council to the governance of Above and Beyond Organization in matters that involve their operations and the ability to perform task needed of them. This is to insure that Above and Beyond Organization and affiliates continue to meet the needs of the organizations and communities it serves and reflect current industry best practices along with providing fair and unifying order.
PRIVACY PLEDGE
We are committed to work with integrity and to employ the highest professional standards while handling your sensitive concerns in a neutral, informal and confidential manner. The Above and Beyond Organization office will not disclose or discuss any confidential matter without the knowledge and written permission of the person who raised the concern, to any extent permitted by law.
This includes not revealing:
* The identity of individuals who come to our office
* Specific details and circumstances of matters handled
* The identity of the contacts made by the Above and Beyond Organization office in resolving a concern
